2. Boundary side or "Barry" wall

I made up this wall out in the yard and carried it in to loction. The studs are short on this wall. Both the external cladding and the interior 10mm plywood lining protrude further up. A deep steep stainless steel roof gutter will run between them and fit in above the top plate. All will be revealled.




In the following view, the termite flashing beneath the wall, and a temporary trial fixing to the Rear wall has been made. At this stage, the bottom plate for the Front Wall has been made up, as the termite flashing has to be worked for the junction with the front wall before it is permanently located.
